What's cooking in the world EP:10 Sri Lanka

A few kilometers away from India, Sri Lanka possesses a rich land in which a strong identity has been molded. We are in the South of Colombo, the capital city. We avoid the big markets of the city and go in Hikkaduwa, a provincial market that goes along the West coastline of the island. Our guide will be Peris Anurudha, a local Sri Lankan, who studied in Europe. We will learn to cook the “Sri Lankan chicken curry” and the “swordfish fillet”.
